Hugh Dennis (Actor) .. Pete

Best Known For: His regular slot on Mock the Week and The Now Show on Radio 4.

Early-life: Peter Hugh Dennis was born in Kettering on February 13, 1962. His father was Bishop of Saint Edmundsbury and Ipswich. Hugh read geography at Cambridge, where he joined the famous Footlights and met future comedy partner Steve Punt. After graduating, he worked at Unilever for six years. Hugh and Steve worked the comedy circuit, including London's Comedy Store. There, they were spotted by Jasper Carrott, who offered the pair a slot on his show Carrott Confidential.

Career: Punt and Dennis moved on to work on The Mary Whitehouse Experience, alongside Rob Newman and David Baddiel, before branching out into their own radio series, It's Been A Bad Week and the hugely popular The Now Show. Over the years, Dennis has appeared in a string of comedy shows, including The Imaginatively Titled Punt and Dennis Show, Mock the Week and Have I Got News For You. As well as keeping busy with plenty of voice-over work, Dennis is also an accomplished actor. His CV boasts roles in My Hero and the popular sitcom Outnumbered. He has been involved with The Now Show on Radio 4 since 1998.

Trivia: Away from performing, in 2007, Dennis took part in a mountain stage of the Tour de France.

Born: January 26, 1996 in Epsom

Best Known For: Playing Jake in the sitcom Outnumbered.

Early-life: Born Lindzi James Tyger Drew-Honey in Epsom on January 26, 1996, the son of porn stars Simon James Honey and Linzi Drew. His career started at the age of nine when a leading London agent spotted him during a school production of Treasure Island. A few weeks later, he recorded a voice-over campaign. A year later, Tyger got his first big break when he landed the role of Jake in the popular BBC sitcom Outnumbered.

Career: Outnumbered ran for five series between 2007 and 2014. Drew-Honey has also starred in Doctors, The Large Family, The Armstrong and Miller Show, The Ministry of Curious Stuff, Cuckoo, and Death in Paradise. He made his film debut in Horrid Henry: The Movie (2011). He is also known for presenting CBBC series Friday Download. More recently, he joined other celebrities to experience what life was like to work in Victorian Britain in 24 Hours in the Past.

Trivia: Drew-Honey has done more than 200 voice-overs for TV and radio, and he is also an accomplished drummer.

Andy Hamilton (Writer)

Born: May 28, 1954 in London

Best Known For: His writing partnership with Guy Jenkin, and his appearances on radio and TV panel shows.

Early-life: Andrew Neil Hamilton was born in London on May 28, 1954. He went on to study English at Downing College, Cambridge, where he was a member of the Cambridge University Light Entertainment Society.

Career: Hamilton is best known for his writing partnership with Guy Jenkin. They have worked together on the TV shows The Kit Curran Radio Show, Drop the Dead Donkey, Outnumbered and Ballot Monkeys, and the film What We Did on Our Holiday (2014). Hamilton has also contributed content to Not the Nine O'Clock News, Who Dares Wins, Alas Smith & Jones, The Two Ronnies and Scotch & Wry, and created Trevor's World of Sport. Hamilton has also appeared regularly on Radio 4 programmes Week Ending, The News Quiz, I'm Sorry I Haven't a Clue and Old Harry's Game, which he also created. He also regularly appears on QI and Have I Got News for You.
