Early-life: Julianne Alexandra Hough was born in Orem, Utah, on July 20, 1988 to Marianne and Bruce. She is the youngest of five children and her brother Derek is also a professional dancer. She has three older sisters, Sharee, Marabeth and Katherine. Julianne began dancing competitively at the age of nine. When she was 10, she was sent with her brother to London to live and study with their coaches, Corky and Shirley Ballas. Julianne and Derek went on to attend the Italia Conti Academy of Theatre Arts. In her late teens, she returned to America and studied at the Las Vegas Academy and Alta High School.

Career: Hough made a name for herself as a professional dancer after winning two seasons of Dancing with the Stars in 2007. In the same year, she released a country music single for charity. Her debut album was released in 2008. Since then, she has made the move into film with roles in Burlesque (2010), Footloose (2011), Rock of Ages (2012), Safe Haven (2013) and Paradise (2013).

Trivia: In 2014, Julianne toured America in a stage show with her brother.

Josh Duhamel (Actor) .. Alex

Born: November 14, 1972 in Minot, North Dakota

Best Known For: Las Vegas.

Early-life: Joshua David Duhamel was born in Minot, North Dakota, on November 14, 1972 to Bonnie and Larry. He has three younger sisters, Ashlee, Mckenzee and Kassidy. He attended Minot State University and played for the university's American football team. In 1997, he won a male model of the year competition, beating Ashton Kutcher.

Career: Duhamel's first taste of acting came as an extra in a number of music videos. In 1999, he began training with Scott Sedita Acting Studios and later that year, he won a part in daytime soap All My Children. Between 2003 and 2008, he played Danny McCoy in prime-time drama Las Vegas. His film credits include the Transformers movies, The Romantics (2010), When in Rome (2010), New Year's Eve (2011) and Movie 43 (2013).

Quote: "Soap operas are such a great way to break-in to the industry. The diminishing landscape of daytime TV means it's going to be harder for young talent to get discovered."

Trivia: He won a Daytime Emmy Award for All My Children.

Cobie Smulders (Actor) .. Jo

Born: April 03, 1982 in Vancouver, Canada

Best Known For: How I Met Your Mother.

Early-life: Born Jacoba Francisca Maria Smulders in Vancouver, Canada, on April 3, 1982, to a Dutch father and English mother. Her first taste of acting came in school productions. As a teenager, she travelled the world as a model until she started auditioning for acting roles.

Career: Smulders's first role was as a guest in sci-fi drama Jeremiah. She followed this up with guest parts in Special Unit 2 and Tru Calling, before landing a regular role in short-lived sci-fi adventure series Veritas: The Quest. Her big break came in 2005 when she began playing TV reporter Robin Scherbatsky in sitcom How I Met Your Mother. On the big screen, she played Agent Maria Hill in Avengers Assemble (2012) and reprised the role in Captain America: The Winter Soldier (2014) and TV series Agents of SHIELD.
