The stories of 13 people caught up in the events of 11 September 2001, moving between accounts of the two-hour period when terrorists attacked the Twin Towers and the Pentagon and hijacked Flight 93 and what happened in the years after. The film examines what was it was like for them to be caught in an event they weren't able to fully comprehend at the time and which they were still working through years later
