Early-life:
Richard Thomas Osman was born in Billericay on November 28, 1970, but grew up in West Sussex. He was raised by his single mum after his father left home - they didn't see each other for 20 years. Richard studied politics and sociology at Trinity College, Cambridge, where his future Pointless colleague Alexander Armstrong was reading English literature. He claims that one of his proudest moments came when his mum and grandfather watched his graduation.
Career:
Osman has worked behind the scenes as an executive producer on a number of TV programmes, including Deal or No Deal, 8 Out of 10 Cats, and 10 O'Clock Live. As the UK creative director of TV production company Endemol, he pitched the quiz Pointless to the BBC. As a way of explaining the rules, he played the co-host during a run-through. He was asked to do the role for real when the show was commissioned. Pointless started on BBC Two in 2009 and was an immediate hit. It quickly made the switch to BBC One. Since being in the spotlight on Pointless, he has made guest appearances on QI, Have I Got News for You and Would I Lie to You? He also guest presented an episode of The One Show alongside Alex Jones.

Trivia:
He is the younger brother of Mat Osman, bassist with Suede, and suffers from nystagmus, a condition that results in uncontrolled movement of the eyes.

Early-life:
Edith was born in Anstruther, Scotland, in 1974. She worked in her parents hotel before going to college and studying for a degree in Communication Studies at Edinburgh's Queen Margaret College. For the following two years Edith worked in a local radio station as both a producer and presenter, dreaming of hitting the big time. Edith joined Radio 1 in 2003 and her first show for the network was the Colin and Edith show with Colin Murray.
Career:
During a wide and varied career, Bowman has travelled to Cambodia as part of BBC's series Saving Planet Earth, hosted the Scottish Baftas and co- presented Live Earth alongside Graham Norton and Jonathan Ross. She's as at home interviewing the likes of Liam Gallagher, Muse, Robbie Williams, Kylie and U2, to presenting BBC2's Rough Guide To The World, Channel 4's breakfast show RISE, and regular film specials for Channel 4 and ITV. She is the yearly host of the BBC's coverage of Glastonbury, Reading and Leeds festival, T In The Park, Radio 1's One Big Weekends and the Electric Proms.

Early-life:
Born Ahita Rahi Nazran in Bradford on October 25, 1977. Anita enjoyed an early taste of broadcasting when she hosted her own show on Sunrise Radio at the age of 14. She went on to attend the University of Leeds before landing work as a TV researcher for the BBC and various independent TV companies.
Career:
Rani soon began to make a name for herself in front of the camera on shows such as The Edit on Channel 5, The State We're In and Poetry Slam on BBC Three and Desi DNA on BBC Two. In 2005, she was a regular reporter on The Cricket Show on Channel 4 and a year later, she co-presented Cricket AM on Sky Sports. In 2009, she began co-presenting Watchdog on BBC One. She took on the role of presenting Four Rooms on Channel 4 in 2011. She has also collaborated with Justin Rowlatt on the documentary travelogues India on Four Wheels, China on Four Wheels and Russia on Four Wheels. In August 2015, it was announced that she would be a contestant on Strictly Come Dancing.
