The final week continues with the Chef's Table, in which the amateurs serve food to six leading restaurateurs, including Daniel Clifford, Nieves Barragan and Paul Ainsworth. They are mentored by Aktar Islam of Opheem, a two-Michelin-starred Indian restaurant in Birmingham, and must each serve up a single dish to impress the professionals. As if that were not enough, the finalists then face a cook-off, putting their own twist on a classic dish. And for one hopeful, this will be the end of the road
