Joe Lycett heads to the Austro-German border with his guest vacationer Roisin Conaty, spending a couple of days in the fairy-tale city of Salzburg. After checking in to the art-filled Blaue Ganz hotel, they hop into a horse and carriage for a tour of the city and an on-the-go three-course meal. They then embark on a forest-bathing workshop, attempting a series of exercises to reawaken their senses. Day two starts with a homage to Mozart. The duo reflect on the composer's music then sample the city's signature sweet, Mozartkulgen - aka Mozart Balls - a mix of nougat, marzipan and dark chocolate
