Part two of two. By the late 1960s, Elvis Presley is fading, creatively stifled and trapped in bad movies. His manager, Colonel Tom Parker, plans a comeback in Las Vegas. In 1969, Elvis triumphs at the new International Hotel, but Parker's secret gambling debts and Mob connections tie him and Elvis to the city.
