To rule out a blood clot of deep vein thrombosis, Mohammed is referred for an urgent ultrasound and is given blood thinners to take in the meantime. Elsewhere, Michael drops into the surgery with a painful lump in his groin and is assessed by Dr Eleanor Beecraft, who suspects he has a hernia
