Michael's journey continues in Portugal's oldest city, Braga, and its oldest town founded in 1125, Ponte de Lima - both in the far north of the country, near its border with Spain. He is swept up in an evening of boisterous folk music and dancing in Ponte de Lima, at one of Portugal's biggest annual festivals - the Feiras Novas - which attracts up to a million revellers over three days of dancing, drinking and processions. This section of his journey then ends on the streets of Braga with belly dancers who have revived the ancient art that is thought to first have migrated to northern Portugal with the arrival of the Romans
