Early-life: David AJ Samberg was born in Berkeley, California, on August 18, 1978. His mother is a school teacher and his father is a photographer. He attended the University of California, Santa Cruz, for two years before transferring to the film school at New York University.
Career: Samberg began making comedy videos with childhood friends Akiva Schaffer and Jorma Taccone. Collectively they are known as the comedy troupe The Lonely Island. Andy's big break came in 2005 when Saturday Night Live (SNL) employed him as a cast member. Akiva and Jorma joined as writers and they went on to collaborate on SNL hip-hop parody video Lazy Sunday, which became a hit on YouTube, and box-office flop Hot Rod (2007). Samberg left SNL in 2012 to concentrate on making films. His first film after SNL was opposite Adam Sandler in box-office flop That's My Boy (2012). He has had more success on the big screen voicing characters in animated films Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs (2009) and its 2013 sequel and Hotel Transylvania (2012). He returned to the small screen in 2013 to star in sitcom Brooklyn Nine-Nine, for which he won a Golden Globe in 2014.

Best Known For: Being an actor and former American football player.
Early-life: Terry Alan Crews was born in Flint, Michigan, on July 30, 1968 to Patricia and Terry Crews Sr. After leaving school, he received an art scholarship at Interlochen Center for the Arts in Michigan and an athletic scholarship for American football at Western Michigan University. As a defensive end, Terry helped his university team win the Mid-American Conference Championship in 1988. He was drafted by the Los Angeles Rams in 1991.
Career: Crews went on to play American football for the San Diego Chargers, the Washington Redskins and the Philadelphia Eagles. He retired from the NFL in 1997 and moved to Los Angeles to pursue an acting career. His first break came in 1999 when he landed a role on extreme sports show Battle Dome. He made his big-screen acting debut in The 6th Day (2000). Since then, he has starred in Starsky & Hutch (2004), White Chicks (2004), Idiocracy (2006), Get Smart (2008), Bridesmaids (2011) and The Expendables movies. He reached a wider audience in 2005 when he starred as the father in the sitcom Everybody Hates Chris. His other TV credits include Are We There Yet?, The Newsroom and Arrested Development. He currently stars in the sitcom Brooklyn Nine-Nine and hosts Who Wants to Be a Millionaire.

Early-life: Born July 1, 1962, in Chicago. He's the youngest of postal worker Sally and machine operator Floyd's four children. He originally intended to become a doctor and after winning a scholarship, began medical studies at Stanford University, but after auditioning for a part in a play, decided to switch to acting. When he graduated from Julliard's prestigious drama school, he was regarded as his class's most outstanding student.
Career: Braugher's professional career began on stage at the New York Shakespeare Festival. He also trod the board in Washington DC before TV came calling. His first small screen role was in a Kojak TV movie - the first of many police-orientated projects for the actor. He made a bigger splash in his big screen debut, Glory, in 1990, but it was the TV series Homicide: Life on the Street that made him a star. He spent five years playing the self-righteous Detective Frank Pembleton before leaving the show in 1998, although he returned to the character in Homicide: The Movie in 2000. Other TV productions have included a two-year stint in crime drama Hack, miniseries Thief, the drama Men of a Certain Age and sitcom Brooklyn Nine-Nine. He also had a brief but recurring role in House. On the big screen Braugher has appeared in Primal Fear, City of Angels, The Mist and Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer.

Early-life: Kyra Minturn Sedgwick was born in New York on August 19, 1965 to Patricia and Henry. She is the sister of actor Robert Sedgwick. Her parents divorced when she was six. Kyra went on to study a theatre degree at the University of Southern California. She made her acting debut at the age of 16 on daytime soap Another World.
Career: During the 1990s, she starred in a number of movies, including Singles (1992), Heart and Souls (1993), Something to Talk About (1995) and Phenomenon (1996). She is best known for playing Deputy Chief Brenda Leigh Johnson in TV police drama The Closer, for which she won a Golden Globe and a Primetime Emmy. The show ran for seven seasons between 2005 and 2012. In 2014, she joined the cast of sitcom Brooklyn Nine-Nine.

Early-life: Eva Jacqueline Longoria was born on March 15, 1975 in Corpus Christi, Texas, United States. She got a Bachelor of Science degree in kinesiology at Texas A&M University-Kingsville. She then entered a talent contest where she was spotted and signed by a theatrical agent. This is what brought her to Los Angeles. While auditioning for roles, Eva worked as a headhunter for four years.
Career: Longoria's first TV role was a guest appearance in Beverly Hills, 90210 in 2000. Her breakthrough role was as Isabella Brana in the TV series The Young and the Restless, which she appeared in from 2001 until 2003. In 2004, she began playing Gabrielle Solis in the TV series Desperate Housewives and she continued to play the character until 2012. During this time, she appeared in the films Harsh Times (2005), The Sentinel (2006) and Over Her Dead Body (2008). Since then, she has appeared in such TV series as Mother Up!, Brooklyn Nine-Nine, Telenovela and Decline and Fall.
