Early-life: Angelina Jolie Voight was born in Los Angeles on June 4, 1975 to actors Jon Voight and Marcheline Bertrand. Her brother is the actor James Haven. After her parents separated in 1976, Angelina and her brother lived with their mother. At a young age, Angelina knew she wanted to be an actress and at the age of 11, she enrolled at the Lee Strasberg Theatre Institute, where she trained for two years. She went on to appear in a number of music videos before she played her first leading role, in low-budget sci-fi action film Cyborg 2 (1993).
Career: Jolie's star began to rise following appearances in a number of small films in the mid-1990s, including Hackers (1995), Foxfire (1996), True Woman (1997) and George Wallace (1997), a TV movie that won her a Golden Globe. She secured another Golden Globe a year later for her role as supermodel Gia Carangi in Gia (1998). Her big break came in 1999 when she landed a leading role in The Bone Collector (1999). In the same year, she gave an acclaimed performance in Girl, Interrupted, a role that led to her third Golden Globe and an Academy Award. Since then, Jolie has appeared in a number of high-profile movies, including Lara Croft: Tomb Raider (2001), Mr & Mrs Smith (2005), Changeling (2008), Salt (2010), The Tourist (2010) and Maleficent (2014).

Best Known For: The Omen and The Manchurian Candidate.
Early-life: Born Isaac Liev Schreiber on October 4, 1967, in San Francisco, California. His parents - Heather, a painter, and Tell, an actor - moved to Canada when he was just one year old. They divorced when Liev was five and he moved with his mother to New York, where she drove a cab to make ends meet. During this period, they lived as squatters in abandoned buildings. His mum didn't want him watching colour films so he grew up seeing silent and black-and-white movies, becoming particularly fond of Charlie Chaplin's work.
Career: Schreiber began acting at Hampshire College and continued at the Yale University School of Drama. Although he initially wanted to be a playwright, a teacher encouraged him to become an actor. His first TV role came in 1994 when he appeared in the drama Janek: The Silent Betrayal. Liev had several supporting roles in various independent films until his big break as Cotton Weary in the horror film Scream. He featured in the movie's sequels, then appeared in several big-budget productions including The Manchurian Candidate in 2004. Liev made his directorial debut with Everything Is Illuminated, which he also wrote, in 2005. Other film acting credits include The Omen, Defiance, X-Men Origins: Wolverine and Salt.

Chiwetel Ejiofor (Actor) .. Peabody
Born: July 10, 1977 in London
Best Known For: 12 Years a Slave.
Early-life: Born Chiwetelu Umeadi Ejiofor in London on July 10, 1977, to Nigerian parents. His father was a doctor, and his mother was a pharmacist. His younger sister Zain is a correspondent with CNN. Chiwetel was 11 during a family trip to Nigeria when he and his father were involved in a car crash. His father was killed and Chiwetel received his trademark scars on his forehead. He began acting in school plays at Dulwich College and went on to join the National Youth Theatre. He attended the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art but left after his first year when he landed a part in Steven Spielberg's Amistad (1997).
Career: Before Amistad, Chiwetel starred in TV movie Deadly Voyage. The film G:MT - Greenwich Mean Time (1999) was not well received, but his next film, Dirty Pretty Things (2002), led to him winning a number of awards. Since then, he has starred in Twelfth Night (2003), Love Actually (2003), Four Brothers (2005), Serenity (2005), Kinky Boots (2005), American Gangster (2007), 2012 (2009) and Salt (2010). An accomplished stage actor, he won a Laurence Olivier Award in 2008 for playing the lead role in Othello. More recently he played the lead role in the critically acclaimed 12 Years a Slave (2014).
