Career: Other films followed for Lively before her big break came in 2007 when she began playing Serena van der Woodsen in the teen drama Gossip Girl. It ran for 121 editions over six seasons. Outside of Gossip Girl, Lively had roles in The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants 2 (2008), New York, I Love You (2008), The Private Lives of Pippa Lee (2009), The Town (2010), Green Lantern (2011), Hick (2011) and Savages (2012).

Career: Law made his TV debut in 1989's The Tailor of Gloucester, and a year later left school to take a role in daytime soap Families. During his early twenties, he spent much of his time on stage, where he gained numerous plaudits. His first film, Shopping, wasn't a success, but he made a name for himself in Wilde. Appearances in Gattaca, Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil, eXistenZ and AI: Artificial Intelligence cemented his reputation. He gained an Oscar nomination for The Talented Mr Ripley in 1999, and another for Cold Mountain four years later. Other projects include Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow, The Aviator and The Holiday. His more recent roles include a part in Guy Ritchie's takes on Sherlock Holmes, playing Dr Watson. He also occasionally appears in stage productions.
