Early-life: Steven Vincent Buscemi was born on December 13, 1957, in Brooklyn, New York. He has three brothers; one of them, Michael, is also an actor. Their father John worked for New York's sanitation department. After graduating from high school, Buscemi studied liberal arts at Nassau Community College before dropping out. To make ends meet, he worked as a waiter, stand-up comedian, ice-cream seller, petrol station attendant and fireman while studying acting at Manhattan's Lee Strasberg Institute.
Career: Buscemi's early roles included several in experimental theatre, co-written by himself and fellow actor/writer Mark Boone Jr. He also appeared in Miami Vice, The Equalizer, and films The Way It Is, Tommy's and Parting Glances. He received excellent reviews for the latter, which led to parts in Lonesome Dove and New York Stories. He's since become a stalwart of indie movies thanks to his scene-stealing appearances in Reservoir Dogs, Miller's Crossing, Fargo and The Big Lebowski. Bigger-budget films include Armageddon, Con Air and The Wedding Singer. Buscemi has also written, directed, and produced several projects, and appeared in TV show The Sopranos. More recently he's played Enoch "Nucky" Thompson in acclaimed drama Boardwalk Empire, for which he won a Golden Globe in 2011.

Trivia: After 9/11, he returned to his old firefighting crew to help sift through the rubble of the World Trade Center.
Maggie Gyllenhaal (Actor) .. Zee

Early-life: Born Margaret Ruth Gyllenhaal on November 16, 1977, in New York. She is the daughter of director Stephen Gyllenhaal and producer and screenwriter Naomi Foner Gyllenhaal; her younger brother, Jake, is also an actor. Both siblings grew up in Los Angeles. After graduating from high school, Maggie studied literature and Eastern religions at New York's Columbia University. She also spent time at RADA in London and worked as a waitress before landing acting roles.
Career: Gyllenhaal's first film was 1992's Waterland, which was directed by her father. Various stage and screen jobs followed, including an appearance alongside her brother in Donnie Darko in 2000. Her breakthrough role came in Secretary two years later. Since then she's rarely been off the screen, turning up in the likes of Adaptation, Mona Lisa Smile, World Trade Center, Stranger Than Fiction, The Dark Knight, Away We Go and Crazy Heart (for which she received a Best Supporting Actress Oscar nomination). Her first major TV role came in the BBC's acclaimed drama The Honourable Woman.

Jason Lee (Actor) .. Bones

Best Known For: My Name Is Earl.
Early-life: Jason Michael Lee was born April 25, 1970, in Huntington Beach, California. At 13 he began skateboarding, and five years later began competing on the professional circuit. His rising popularity prompted him to capitalise on the sport's commercial side, so he and friend Chris Pastras set up the companies Stereo Skateboards and Stereo Sounds Clothing. He's still regarded by fans as one of the most influential and innovative skateboarders of his era.
Career: Lee's first taste of performing in front of a camera came when he began appearing in music videos. He made his acting debut with a small role in 1993 movie Mi Vida Loca, but his career didn't take off until his performance in Kevin Smith's cult hit Mallrats in 1995. He's since been reunited with the director for Chasing Amy, Dogma, Jersey Girl, and Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back. Other memorable roles have come in Almost Famous, Heartbreakers, Dreamcatcher and, of course, smash-hit sitcom My Name is Earl. Is very popular with kids worldwide for his role as Dave in Alvin and the Chipmunks and its squeaquel.

Early-life: Jonathan Joseph Heder was born in Fort Collins, Colorado, on October 26, 1977 to Helen and James. He has an identical twin brother, Dan, and an older sister and brother, Rachel and Doug, and two younger brothers, Adam and Matt. His family moved to Salem, Oregon, when he was two.
Career: Heder's movie career took off in 2004 when he played the lead role in Napoleon Dynamite. It was made on a budget of $400,000 and went on to make more than $45million at the box office. Heder reportedly earned just $1,000 for the role. In 2010, he lent his voice to the same character in a short-lived animated series. After his success on Napoleon Dynamite, Heder went on to star in Just Like Heaven (2005), School for Scoundrels (2006), Blades of Glory (2007), When in Rome (2010) and Walt Before Mickey (2014). His TV credits include Woke Up Dead, FCU: Fact Checkers Unit and Dead Grandma. He has voiced a number of characters in movies and video games.

Early-life: Born Mary Kathleen Turner in Springfield, Missouri, on June 19, 1954. She's the third of four children whose father, Richard, was a foreign diplomat imprisoned by the Japanese during the Second World War. She had a nomadic childhood, attending school in Cuba, Canada and England, before returning to Missouri following her father's death when she was a teenager. She studied at the University of Maryland and London's Central School of Speech and Drama before moving to New York.
Career: Turner started out the on stage, making her Broadway debut in 1977. She had a regular role in US soap The Doctors before making her first film, Body Heat, in 1981. Her sexy performance propelled her to stardom. Her follow-up movies were the smash-hit comedy The Man with Two Brains and Romancing the Stone. Throughout the rest of the 1980s, Turner was a massive star, appearing in Prizzi's Honour, Peggy Sue Got Married (for which she was Oscar-nominated), The Accidental Tourist and The War of the Roses. She also voiced Jessica Rabbit in Who Framed Roger Rabbit. Turner didn't do as well in the 1990s, but did appear in the acclaimed Serial Mom and The Virgin Suicides. She has also guest starred in Friends as Chandler's drag queen father, and has returned to the theatre, most notably in The Graduate, Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf? and Bakersfield Mist.
