Born: September 15, 1977 in Hammersmith, London
Best Known For: Inception and The Dark Knight Rises.
Early-life: Born Edward Thomas Hardy in Hammersmith, London, on September 15, 1977, the only child of Anne and Edward. Tom studied acting at Richmond Drama School and Drama Centre, London. Winning a modelling competition at the age of 21 led to a contract with the agency Models One. He spent his teens and early twenties battling addictions to alcohol and drugs. Tom's first professional acting role was playing an army private in miniseries Band of Brothers.
Career: Hardy made his film debut in Black Hawk Down in 2001. A year later he starred in Star Trek: Nemesis and in 2003 he won the London Evening Standard Theatre Award for his performances in Blood and In Arabia We'd All Be Kings. He continued to make a name for himself on the small screen in The Virgin Queen, Meadowlands, Oliver Twist and The Take, and on the big screen in RocknRolla, Bronson, Inception, Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy, This Means War and Lawless. He delivered a standout performance as the villain Bane in The Dark Knight Rises, before scoring a critical hit with Locke in 2013. More recently he's taken the lead role in Mad Max: Fury Road, and played both Kray twins in Legend.

Trivia: Hardy won a Bafta Rising Star Award in 2011 for his performance in Inception.
Christopher Eccleston (Actor) .. Nipper Read
Born: February 16, 1964 in Salford
Best Known For: Doctor Who.
Early-life: Christopher Eccleston was born on February 16, 1964, in Salford, Manchester, but raised in Eccles. His father worked in a factory, and he knew he didn't want to follow in his footsteps, preferring to dream of a career as a Manchester United footballer. However, he realised he was better at acting than soccer, so after studying at Salford Technical College, he enrolled at London's Central School of Speech and Drama.
Career: Following his graduation in 1986, Eccleston spent several years without an acting job, making ends meet as a labourer. He eventually made his professional stage debut at the Bristol Old Vic, and gained plaudits for his first film, Let Him Have It. Major roles in Cracker, Shallow Grave and Our Friends in the North made him an instantly recognisable figure. He's since appeared in such projects as Jude, Hillsborough, Elizabeth, The Others, 24 Hour Party People, 28 Days Later, and The Second Coming. In 2005 he became the ninth official Doctor Who, but quit after one series to avoid being typecast. He's since appeared in Heroes, GI Joe: Rise of the Cobra, Lennon Naked, Accused, The Shadow Line, and HBO drama The Leftovers.

Emily Browning (Actor) .. Frances Shea
Born: December 07, 1988 in Melbourne
Best Known For: Sucker Punch.
Early-life: Emily Jane Browning was born in Melbourne on December 7, 1988 to Andrew and Shelley. She has two younger brothers, Nicholas and Matthew. She made her professional acting debut in 1998 in the Hallmark TV movie The Echo of Thunder.
Career: Browning had recurring roles in the TV series Blue Heelers and Something in the Air, and starred opposite Billy Connolly on the big screen in The Man Who Sued God (2001). Her big break came in 2002 when she starred in Ghost Ship, a role that won her an Australian Film Institute Award for Best Young Actress. A year later, she starred with Heath Ledger and Orlando Bloom in Ned Kelly (2003). Her next movie was Lemony Snicket's A Series of Unfortunate Events (2004). Her recent credits include the lead roles in The Uninvited (2009), Sucker Punch (2009), Sleeping Beauty (2011) and Pompeii (2014).

Trivia: Browning turned down the role of Bella in the Twilight movies as she did not want to be involved in a film franchise.
David Thewlis (Actor) .. Leslie Payne
Born: March 20, 1963 in Blackpool, Lancashire
Best Known For: Playing Remus Lupin in the Harry Potter films.
Early-life: Born David Wheeler on March 20, 1963 in Blackpool, Lancashire to Maureen (nee Thewlis) and Alex Raymond Wheeler. He lived above his parents' shop during his childhood. As a teenager, David played in rock band QED and punk rock band Door 66. He travelled to London with Door 66 and ended up enrolling at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama, which he graduated from in 1984.
Career: Thewlis had a number of minor roles in films and TV series, including an episode of Only Fools and Horses, until he landed his breakout role in Naked (1993). During the 1990s, he appeared in such films as Black Beauty (1994), Total Eclipse (1995), DragonHeart (1996), Seven Years in Tibet (1997), Divorcing Jack (1998) and The Big Lebowski (1998). Thewlis was cast as Remus Lupin in Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban (2004) and went on to appear in the next four films in the series. His other credits include Kingdom of Heaven (2005), The Boy in the Striped Pyjamas (2008), The Lady (2011), Macbeth (2015), Wonder Woman (2017) and the TV series Fargo.

Early-life: Taron David Egerton was born in Birkenhead on November 10, 1989. His family moved to Wales during his childhood and he considers himself to be Welsh. He graduated from Rada in 2012 and made his acting debut in a two-part Lewis story.
Career: Egerton had a recurring role in Sky1 drama The Smoke and went on to star in Testament of Youth (2014), Kingsman: The Secret Service (2015) and Legend (2015). He plays the title role in Eddie the Eagle (2016).
Quote: 'I don't want to look back at my career and see a string of incredibly commercial projects that don't have much heart. I'm looking for things that have soul.'
Trivia: Egerton supports Manchester United. In 2015, he was named one of GQ's 50 best-dressed British men.

Best Known For: Merlin.
Early-life: Born in Armagh, Northern Ireland on January 1, 1986, the son of a nurse, and a painter and decorator. As a child he was very interested in magic and hoped to become an illusionist. That eventually morphed into a desire to act. After gaining a National Diploma in Performing Arts at Belfast Institute of Further & Higher Education in 2004 he went on to graduate from the prestigious Royal Conservatoire of Scotland in 2007.
Career: Morgan was planning on taking some time off after graduating but, purely for experience, went to an audition for a role in Vernon God Little, the stage adaptation of DCB Pierre's Booker Prize-winning novel - he ended up with the lead role. On stage Morgan also appeared in the Old Vic adaptation of Pedro Almodóvar's All About My Mother and the Young Vic's A Prayer for My Daughter. He featured in a number of minor roles in TV programmes such as The Catherine Tate Show in 2007, and the Doctor Who episode Midnight in 2008, before playing the title role in BBC TV series Merlin.
Quote: 'I'd like to see what it's like to be inside the head of Tim Burton. The guy just fascinates me. I'm a fan of most of his films and also his book, The Melancholy Death of Oyster Boy. He has such an interesting perspective on things.'
Trivia: On the 100th anniversary of the Titanic's sinking, Morgan performed readings from survivor's accounts at Belfast's Waterfront Hall.
