James was born in Basingstoke on February 23, 1984 to Leonard and Pauline. He has a younger sister, Amy. He made his TV debut in a 2006 edition of The Bill.
Career:
Bye had small roles in the films Cemetery Junction (2010) and Redemption (2013). He went on to appear in the miniseries The Great Train Robbery and the film The Hooligan Factory (2014). His big break came in 2014 when he began playing Martin Fowler in EastEnders.
