Jessica's family is from Ukraine, a country found in Eastern Europe. This region is known for a soup called borscht, and Jessica will be making some for her friends. Jessica cooks cabbage and spring onions in oil and then adds them to grated carrot, beetroot, potatoes and a tomato and stock mixture. All of these ingredients are combined in a casserole dish. Once they are stirred together, the casserole dish can be placed in the oven to cook. Jessica wears a traditional Ukrainian outfit and serves drinks in a beautiful drinks dispenser.
