Antonio Banderas (Actor) .. Puss in Boots
Born: August 10, 1960 in Málaga, Andalucia, Spain
Best Known For: A string of magnificent action-movies.
Early-life: Born José Antonio Domínguez Banderas in Málaga, Andalucia, Spain, on August 10, 1960. His father was a policeman with the Spanish Civil Guard and his mother was a teacher. He wanted to play football professionally and was the star of his school team until he was 14, when he broke his foot. He studied acting at the School of Dramatic Art in Málaga, and made his debut at a small theatre in the town. In 1981 he moved to Madrid to pursue his acting career.
Career: In 1992, Banderas made his Hollywood debut with The Mambo Kings. Because he didn't then speak English, his dialogue was taught to him phonetically. He shot to international fame with his sensitive performance as Tom Hanks' lover in Philadelphia, then played opposite Tom Cruise and Brad Pitt in Interview with the Vampire in 1994. He established himself as one of Hollywood's leading men after co-starring with Madonna in Evita in 1996. In 1998 he won acclaim for his performance in Zorro, opposite Anthony Hopkins and Catherine Zeta-Jones, and later returned to the role in The Legend of Zorro. In 1999 he made his directorial debut in Crazy in Alabama and showed his comic ability as the voice of Puss in Boots in the Shrek franchise and its spin-off. He is a hugely busy actor.
Quote: "I don't believe in careers, I just picture myself always as one of those old actors from the 19th century who go from village to village in their repertoire."
Trivia: In 2010, Banderas received an honorary doctorate from the University of Malaga.
Salma Hayek (Actor) .. Kitty Softpaws
Born: September 02, 1966 in Coatzacoalcos, Mexico
Best Known For: Being one of the world's sexiest women.
Early-life: Born Salma Valgarma Hayek Jiménez on September 2, 1966, in Coatzacoalcos, Mexico, to a father of Lebanese origin and a Mexican opera-singing mother. Hayek admits she and her brother Sami were spoiled. As a child, she cajoled her dad into buying her a series of pet tigers. She was inspired to become an actress by the movie Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory. Her education included a stint at a New Orleans convent school and Mexico City's Universidad Iberoamericana.
Career: Hayek made her name in Mexican TV through soap operas such as Un Nuevo Amanecer, and Teresa. She hit the big time when director Robert Rodriguez cast her in 1995 adventure Desperado. She subsequently appeared in From Dusk Till Dawn, Dogma, Wild Wild West and Timecode. She also produced and starred in acclaimed biopic Frida, and was Oscar-nominated for her role as the titular artist Frida Kahlo. In 2005, she directed a music video for Prince, and the following year, was executive producer and occasional star on Ugly Betty. Her more recent films have included Across the Universe, Grown Ups, Puss in Boots and The Pirates! In an Adventure with Scientists.

Best Known For: The Hangover trilogy.
Early-life: Zachary Knight Galifianakis was born in Wilkesboro, North Carolina, on October 1, 1969 to Mary and Harry. His father's parents were immigrants from Greece. Zach has a younger sister, Merritt, and an older brother, Greg. He majored in communications at North Carolina State University but failed his last required course by one point. He relocated to New York and took some acting lessons, but by his own admission he spent too much time "laughing during the exercises." He became good friends with comedian Lisa deLarios and it wasn't long before he was performing his own stand-up material.
Career: Galifianakis moved to Los Angeles and managed to land a recurring role on short-lived NBC sitcom Boston Common. He landed a role alongside Lee Majors in box-office flop Out Cold (2001) and went on to have small roles in a number of films. In 2002, he began presenting a talk show on VH1 called Late World with Zach and went on to win a Primetime Emmy for his work on Between Two Ferns with Zach Galifianakis. His big breakthrough came in 2009 when he played Alan Garner in The Hangover. Made on a budget of $35million, it grossed more than $465million worldwide. He went on to reprise the character in two equally popular sequels. In 2009, he also began starring in HBO comedy drama Bored to Death, a series than ran for three seasons. His other film credits include The Campaign (2012) and Muppets Most Wanted (2014).
Quote: "One thing I don't want to be is `the fat guy'. `The weirdo guy' doesn't bother me, but `the fat guy', that I don't want."
Trivia: He voiced Humpty Dumpty in animated film Puss in Boats (2011).
Billy Bob Thornton (Actor) .. Jack
Born: August 04, 1955 in Arkansas
Best Known For: His marriage to Angelina Jolie.
Early-life: Born William Robert Thornton on August 4, 1955, in Arkansas, the eldest child of a teacher father and a mother who supposedly had psychic abilities. He had three brothers: James Donald (who died at the age of 30 after suffering a heart attack), James Bean and John David. They were raised alongside other members of their family in a shack that had no plumbing or electricity. His dream of becoming a baseball star was cut short by injury, so Thornton turned to acting, eventually moving to Los Angeles in 1981 with friend Tom Epperson (who became his writing partner) to pursue his career. He also sought work as a musician.
Career: After years of trying to interest studios in their script, Thornton and Epperson sold their screenplay for One False Move, which was turned into a movie in 1992. Thornton co-starred, and by 1996 he had written, directed and starred in the critically acclaimed Sling Blade for which he won an Academy Award for Best Adapted Screenplay. Thornton was then snapped up for projects including U Turn, Armageddon, A Simple Plan, Pushing Tin, The Man Who Wasn't There, Monster's Ball, Bad Santa and Bandits. More recent projects have included School for Scoundrels, Mr Woodcock, Eagle Eye and Manure, and the TV miniseries Fargo.
Quote: "I was the fattest baby in Clark County, Arkansas. They put me in the newspaper. I was like a prize turnip."
Trivia: Thornton has recorded several albums.
