Tom Holland (Actor) .. Peter Parker/Spider-Man
Born: June 01, 1996 in Kingston-upon-Thames
Michael Keaton (Actor) .. Adrian Toomes/Vulture
Born: September 05, 1951 in Coraopolis, Pennsylvania
Best Known For: Playing such diverse characters as Batman and Beetlejuice.
Early-life: Born Michael John Douglas on September 5, 1951, the youngest of seven children from a Catholic family in Coraopolis, Pennsylvania. He studied speech for two years at Kent State, before dropping out and moving to Pittsburgh. An unsuccessful attempt at stand-up comedy led to him working as a TV cameraman before he realised he wanted to work in front of the cameras. He moved to Los Angeles to begin auditioning for TV parts, cropping up in various popular TV shows. He was inspired to take his new surname by actress Diane Keaton.
Career: Keaton's big break came when he landed a lead role in the short-lived sitcom Working Stiffs in 1979; it led to an appearance in the 1982 film Night Shift in 1982. Mr Mom, Johnny Dangerously and Gung Ho followed, but it was his role as the title character in the 1988 Tim Burton horror-comedy Beetlejuice that boosted him onto the A-list. He reunited with Burton in 1989 to make Batman, the highest-grossing film of the year. After an equally popular sequel to that film, Keaton remained in demand during the 1990s, appearing in Pacific Heights, One Good Cop, the star-studded Shakespeare adaptation Much Ado About Nothing and the thriller Desperate Measures. Since 2000, Keaton has provided the voices of Chick Hicks in Cars and Ken in Toy Story, and received major critical plaudits, including an Oscar nomination, for his role in Birdman.
Quote: 'I had to change my name because there were two other actors registered at Equity with that name. One of them is doing quite well from what I understand, the other is making cheap porn movies... like Basic Instinct.'
Trivia: Keaton is a Pittsburgh Pirates fan and negotiated a break in his Batman movie contract in case the Pirates made the playoffs that year.
Robert Downey Jr (Actor) .. Tony Stark/Iron Man
Born: April 04, 1965 in New York
Best Known For: His hedonistic lifestyle.
Early-life: Robert John Downey Jr was born on April 4, 1965, in New York. His parents divorced when he was 11, three years after Downey claims he was introduced to drugs by his father, an independent film-maker. He moved around a lot as a child while following his dad to film sets in the US and Europe. He left school at 17 to become an actor, though had to initially make ends meet working in a shoe shop, as a waiter and as a 'living sculpture' in a nightclub.
Career: Downey Jr appeared in three of his father's films while still a child. His career took off in the mid-1980s thanks to such films as Weird Science, The Pick-Up Artist and Chances Are. He beat several talented actors to the lead role of Chaplin in 1989, and his performance earned him an Oscar nomination. Since then, he's appeared in Natural Born Killers, Only You, Restoration and Wonder Boys. Following his widely reported personal problems, TV show Ally McBeal gave him a chance to put his career back on track, but his character was written out when he was sacked following two drug arrests. Since then he has emerged as one of the world's most sought-after and respected thespians, with roles in the likes of The Singing Detective, Iron Man, Tropic Thunder and Sherlock Holmes catapulting him to A-list status.
Quote: 'I've always felt like such an outsider in this industry. Because I'm so insane I guess.'
Trivia: He's also a talented musician and has provided vocals on several movie soundtracks.

Born: December 04, 1964 in Brooklyn, New York
Best Known For: My Cousin Vinny.
Early-life: Marisa was born in Brooklyn, New York, on December 4, 1964, the daughter of an English teacher and a trial lawyer. Her interest in acting was sparked by the Broadway shows she went to with her parents. After graduating from high school, she attended Boston University for a year.
Career: Tomei followed up a role in daytime soap opera As the World Turns with a part in the sitcom A Different World. Her film debut was a minor role in The Flamingo Kid (1984). Her breakthrough came in 1992 when she starred alongside Joe Pesci in My Cousin Vinny, a role that earned her an Academy Award.
