Emma Rose Roberts was born in Rhinebeck, New York, on February 10, 1991 to actor Eric Roberts and Kelly Cunningham. She is the niece of actresses Julia Roberts and Lisa Roberts Gillan. She made her acting debut at the age of nine in Blow (2001).
Career:
Roberts' first break came in 2004 when she landed the lead role in Nickelodeon teen sitcom Unfabulous. It ran for three seasons until 2007. She returned to the big screen and landed lead roles in Aquamarine (2006), Nancy Drew (2007) and Wild Child (2008). She starred with her aunt Julia in Valentine's Day (2010). She reached a wider audience in 2013 when she was cast in the box-office hit We're the Millers alongside Jennifer Aniston and Jason Sudeikis. More recently, she starred in the third season of American Horror Story.
