For his first mission, he gains a 360-degree view of Parthenon, a family run Greek restaurant in Washington, DC. It was once a pillar of the community but its decor, utilities and hygiene are severely lacking. Gordon sets out to give owner Pete the tools he needs to improve the eatery so he can hand over the reins to his son
