Laura Hamilton jets off to Mijas Costa in Spain to help Phil and Justine from Leicestershire, who run a kitchen, bedroom and bathroom business together. The couple have always loved holidaying on the Costa del Sol and now they've retired with their two sons grown up, have decided to come back to find the perfect holiday home where they can relax and enjoy the Spanish sunshine. With a budget of £200,000, Laura shows them five options - but will any of them prove perfect?

Early-life:
Laura was born in Greenwich, London, on April 24, 1982. After deciding that an offer to study law and psychology at university wasn't for her, she managed to secure a job as a runner at Channel 4. She moved up to the position of assistant floor manager and worked on a number of productions, including Top of the Pops, The Games and Big Brother.
Career:
Hamilton got her first break in front of the camera in 2004 on CITV's Fun Song Factory. She went on to cover red carpet events for Nickelodeon and presented Nick Jr's morning show Wake Up World. In 2012, she began presenting Fort Boyard: Ultimate Challenge and joined the roster of presenters on A Place in the Sun. She regularly writes for the A Place in the Sun magazine. In 2011, she participated in Dancing on Ice and finished second. In early 2014, she was a contestant on Channel 4's reality series The Jump.
